Super Spacer® TriSeal™ Premium Plus

These flexible spacers made of silicone foam are designed in particular for simple manual processing of large format insulating glass and facade glass. The polyisobutylene (PIB) seal for substantial reduction of the gas loss rate and vapour diffusion is applied beforehand in the factory. The basic components of the triple seal system Super Spacer® TriSeal™ Premium Plus are the Super Spacer®T-Spacer™ Premium and Super Spacer® T-Spacer™ Premium Plus.

Structural Sealant Glazing requires UV-stable silicone sealing.

  • Thermal conductivity: λ=0.15 W/mK with PIB primary seal (tested in accordance with EN 12667, IFT WA 17/1)
  • Gas/Moisture vapour barrier: WVTR and oxygen transmission rate below measurable limit
  • Primary structure seal: Acrylic adhesive
  • Temperature range: -40 °C to +121 °C
  • Colours: black and grey (other colors on request)
